      ***** ******* worked on my kitchen countertop. The company made not the same countertop I ordered. When I realized that it is not the same I ordered, they installed it in my kitchen. I contacted the ***** ******* and they promiced to do investigation. After couple months no one come to my house to look at product, but they called me and stated I have to pay for it. I did not order counter that was delivered with totaly diffrent prin, slip or sample they showed me was different. I ordered from ****** but ***** ******* made the countertop. ****** did nothing to support costomer, and ***** ******* violated my costomer rights. Lookig help from BBB.

      Had I known this company has had numerous complaints I would have never purchased a kitchen through **** ***** (or atleast the countertop). They installed our quartz countertop in a hurry, came in and out in a hurry. Just told my husband to let it set and left. No explanation on care for the material, no explanation on why the one piece did not fit and was quickly taken back to the truck. One installer told my husband it was a summer job installing countertops. Arrived in a unmarked vehicle. The seam work was horrible. Rough! Visible rather lights on or off, edges were rough and uneven. When I called customer service I got no response so I asked to speak with the head of customer service T Y**** and I explained to her the seams were bad, sent photos and she said she would take it to managment. Because there was a variance in colors of the pieces in countertop, T Y**** went to ********* about this issue. I received a call from her on 7/21/23 saying that ********* had not responded to her. I told her all I wanted was someone to come and fix the seams, I did not want all new countertop. She thought that was reasonable.... 2 weeks go by and I received no call from scheduling or anyone from this company to repair the seams. I sent an email to T Y**** and she was out of office so I left another email to her and I followed up with the kitchen designer at **** ***** about this. Here we are its August 15th and still nothing has been done! I am not happy and I can see from dozens of complaints on Stone Central's ******** page and here on this site that I should have never agreed to this company for countertops. Bad customer service, bad installation and bad communication.
