I made an online order August 17th and shipped September 17th. When first emailing their customer support before it shipped I would get responses and was assured it was being processed and to give more time. I received and email saying it was shipped and it included a tracking number. However it's been over a month and the tracking has never shown any results, just that it can't be found, order hasn't been received, and all attempts to contact customer service is now ignored. The contact number on website doesn't exist and the website has changed to something else that doesn't include what I ordered.Initial Complaint

I ORDERED A CHAIR FROM DAISYSOFA.COM ORDER #**** THOUGH ******** AD, ON AUGUST 18TH 2022.PAYMENT WAS CONFIRMED AND I HAVENT RECEIVED THE CHAIR.IVE SENT THEM MANY EMAILS AND IMs BUT NO REPLY AND I CANNOT FIND A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER. I SPENT $53 FOR THE CHAIR BUT HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE AT DAISYSOFA AND NO CHAIR.PLEASE HELPInitial Complaint

On August 30th, 2022, I ordered a bean bag bed from Daisy soda.com, order #****. After “express shipping”, the total came to $59.97, which I paid with my debit card and was automatically drafted from my account. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I emailed them through “contact us” on their website. I got an email back the next day saying there must have been a problem with shipping and they would take care of it. Then I got an email saying the item has been shipped and they provided the following: Yanwen tracking number: *************. When I clicked on the tracking number, it said: “This number can’t be found at this moment. It’s not available in the carrier’s system yet. Please check back later.” It has said that same thing since Sept. 16th, 2022. I have since tried to contact the company through email and the support on their website but haven’t heard anything from them. I have asked for a full refund, including the express shipping cost since I never received the product but I have not heard from them. Their website does not have a phone number to contact them. I have contacted them at least six times since September 16th, but have not received a response or a refund. I will be happy to forward all emails regarding all communication and order confirmation from the company.
