            I am an elderly man on ******** recently had to go to NY DSS for assistance after my furnace began spewing black soot. They had Kool Temp based in Coxsackie NY come to my home to fix the issue. The state said all costs would be paid for by NY DSS. Many months later I started getting bills for the work from them. I informed DSS. They said they were paid in full and 5his would be a civil issue. I am mobility i paired so travel to court is hard for me and can't afford to go to court. They keep adding late fees to the bill. They call all Day and are very rude and combative when I try to explain that DSS set this up not me. They insist I owe them the balance. This has now been reported to my credit and has caused financial issues for me. I think they take DSS jobs for the intent purpose of taking advantage of them. This company was great but recently control changed hands and now many people in the community state problems with false billing and work not being completed
