Attached are the files from my many visits to Croton Auto Park, the dealership in Croton ******, ******** where I leased the car on October 28, 2021. In total, I have paid over $18,000 since the lease started. The car is currently at the dealership so I do not have a car at this time. I would greatly appreciate your timely help so I can have a working vehicle to get to and from work. The car has severe electrical issues which have been unable to be resolved by Croton Auto Park. At this point, I feel unsafe to be in the car alone and especially with my wife. This is a 2021 vehicle, so you can understand how perplexing this situation is. I had issues with the car starting one month after my lease began. Over the three years of having the car, I have been unable to drive the car for 50% of the lease. It has been at Croton Auto Park eight times, and is there currently. Every time I turn on the car, the service engine light turns on and bings. The engine light stays on for the duration of the car's use. I also have had difficulty with the key fob not being recognized by the car. I have to manually turn off the car through the radio. One of these times I was on a road trip not close to home and felt unsafe the entire drive home. Most recently, new alerts are appearing on the dashboard. The most re-occuring alert is "Service Auto Park Break" (picture is attached). I am also receiving alerts that the air bags are not working and the auto park capability is not working. At this point, I truly feel like me and my wife's safety is in danger. Croton Auto Park has not been able to find a resolution. I have paid EVERY month of my lease on time as well as an $8,500 upfront payment, totaling over $18,000 since the lease began on October 28, 2021. Now while they had the car they are telling me that a rat's nest ate through an electrical wire and I owe $1,300 in order to get the car back which seems sketchy considering the car was left up there and had previous issues.
