I'm very concerned. I just got a call from this company. The man was stretching and took a second to yawn and talk with me. Asked if I had a pen handy told me that we had enquired about "drain line opener, all-purpose odor, clot...." I told him I didn't know what he was talking about, and he said OKAY then hung up. After researching the number, I see this is how it starts that they send products and a bill. I did not agree or order any products from this company, and I want to make sure that is documented in advance.Review from Bob S

A package showed up to our property, name and address contain typos. We have never even spoken to anyone in this company but our profiles are public so they must have just sent it so they can attempt to bill us hoping for an accounting department that just pays invoices blindly. As far as I am concerned this is just unsolicited mail I wont even attempt to contact them so they can make it seem like I actually authorized any purchases from them. Very dishonest business model. Dont waste your time

I would rate a 0 if possible! This company needs to go away! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TALK TO THEM! TOTAL SCAM! HANG UP THE ***** IMMEDIATELY! DO NOT TAKE THE FREE SAMPLE! THEY WILL CALL MULTIPLE DEPARTMENTS IN YOUR FACILITY! THE FREE SAMPLE IS NOT FREE. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO SEND PRODUCT MONTH AFTER MONTH EVEN AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS AND TRY TO BILL YOU FOR ALL THE PRODUCT THEY SEND. They have called us 17 times since January 12, 2024 and do not leave a message. We told them to stop calling us back in January after our first conversation. Told them not to call us again but we would follow up with them if we were interested Our phone number has been registered on the national do not call registry for 5 years so you folks need to stop this obnoxious behavior. I would rate it a 0.. Beware of the ******* sales manager that has an attitude problem. He is no help. We received shipment of products that we didn't order. When asked to speak to someone above him he states that He is regional head and their is no one above his title. REALLY! I got a call from a salesperson that was mentioning how he had done work with the previous manager on our property. He even used the previous manager's name. I have not heard of this company and they were telling me about these liquid odorizers they sell. I did not see them as a verified vendor with *********************. I do not have authorization to pay for these things if this company isn't on the list. I told the man that and he assured me that his name was on the list and I must be having trouble locating it. He said he would be shipping me two gallons of pine and vanilla scented odorizer and giving me a call in 6 weeks to see if I want to purchase more. I told him no, that I was not in need of it. He said we'd be billed in January for the 2 gallons and it would allow me time to see if I like it or not. I did not order the two gallons and I do not want to be invoiced. After hearing about other people's ordeals with this company I do not want anything to do with them. Please do not answer their calls.Review from Kathy H

Terrible customer service- I had to ask for a supervisor because the man was yelling at me, and telling me my maintenance guy who doesn't know what he is doing ordered this. Which he didn't. They called we told them no and still sent the product. We tried to contact them when we first got the "sewer" cleaner and they hung up on us. I can't believe they can stay in business with the way they talk to people. If I could leave no stars I would. VERY RUDE!! BEWARE!Review from Grace O

We received a bucket of cleaner after a sales pitch was made but no actual sale was authorized, or pricing presented for products. A week later we received a bill in the mail for the cleaner including shipping and handling. We will not be paying for this unopened/unused product and wish to return it if necessary.Industrial Chem Labs & Services, Inc. Response

If you could pick no stars, I would give them none. I cannot believe that they are still running the same sham that they tried on me over 10 years ago at another location. I can't believe they are not breaking any laws. They will tell you that a partial order was sent previously and that this completes the order. They will give you names of who ordered, which they didn't. Bottom line is don't pay the bill.
