Please, for the love of God do not send anyone you love here. In the matter of one months time, they slowly and successfully killed her. She entered with an infection that was transferable. She should not have had a room mate, she should have been placed on precautions..neither were the case. She continuously complained of nausea, vomiting and pain in her stomach. 30 days later she was rushed to the ER because she was sent to dialysis unresponsive. I know that she was unresponsive before she went because she was without her dentures. My mother was a prideful woman and if she was responsive, she would have never gone out in public without them. Shame in them for sending her that way. When she arrived at the ER the nurses did a body check and could not account for where all her bruises came from. Turns out she had been ignored for so long by the center that she had developed sepsis from a sever infection in her gallbladder. The doctors said that they had never seen such a severe sepsis case. So severe that she passed 6 hours after she arrived. Had they listened, I may have had her with me a little longer. Believe me too, I advocated for her, I was there every single day. I had yelling matched with the nurse manager. I contacted the ombudsman, I made a formal complaint to the health department (jury is still deliberating apparently). When I say I have advocated, I did to the fullest extent of my ability. With all of that being said, I am heartbroken. Not only because of my preventable loss, but also for the people in the center that do not have a voice or an advocate. This place should be shut down. They need to be held accountable for their wrongdoings.

Please run run do not walk away from this filthy disgusting place. There is bullying going on, they are very disrespectful to the patients. They will leave you in urine for hours upon hours. you push the call button you wait at least 1 hour poss., more. they talk down to you as if your a moron. admid., is terrible, nurses cna therapy. they are rude to family. the place is fifthly. iv seen them ignore patients. my family member has been there sincr may he has had 2 infections the heard nurse insisted that it must of just happened, it wasnt screaming yesterday. his leg was a bright red. He was hit in the head with the hoyer lift he had a big black eye, and a knot on his forhead. they did not call family. it was very disturbing when his family walked in and seen it. Knats in the rooms, they dont clean on a daily basis. they use the body wash to clean the beds REALLY.

Disgraceful disgusting dirty place with uncaring employees! This place should be closed down
