On 5/4/2022 we had Primetime energy Services come to put foam insulation in our entire home as part of Nyserda/EmPower NY energy Services. They finished after 2 days of working, I went out to look at the work outside and saw numerous cracked, broken, lifted up, tried to fix with clear silicone damaged siding pieces(NONE DAMAGED BEFORE WORK DONE). I spoke to crew leader who told me the managed would call us to tall about getting damage fixed after he called the office. I waited for almost a week with no call back, so I called Nyserda/EmPower which told me to call primetime amd they will fix whatever is damaged. I finally got ahold of them after another week of calls and messages, they were going to come out look at damaged and get a small piece of siding we had to match the color exactly, to order new siding pieces to repair the damaged ones. That day came and no one showed up, another two weeks went by and I finally talked to them, they said the weather was bad & they were busy they would definitely come out in next few days, call when on there way. Again never showed up and I have called and sent many, many emails and call again few days later with no replies. We have been very understanding about this whole situation as the job took longer than expected, they ran out of supplies the 1st day and had to go get more and made a huge mess in our basement and ceiling. We just want Primetime energy Services to be responsibile for what they damaged & keep there word when they said and continued to say they would be out to look at the damage and order the siding to replace what they broke and damaged. We Don’t want the underneath of the siding to get damage from water or other things due to the broken pieces in different places all over the outside of the house. There was no damage when they arrived to start the spray foam insulation job and we just want it fixed. I am attaching pictures to an email as it is to large of a file to attach below. BBB spoke to the business. They claim they went out and addressed these issues last week.
