            I prepaid for work to be done on my mothers chimney, and they haven’t been able to complete the work. They have had numerous excuses and now no longer answer my calls or return my messages. I have left approximately 4 messages and no one has been able to get back to me. I had to pay 30% down of the $464.00 job. They owe me $139.20.

            I had a good experience with this company, they came and gave me a free estimate for a chimney liner and gave a very fair price, scheduled the job and their crew performed the job satisfactorily. The office manager was courteous and always returned my phone calls & email with answering my questions. I only left one star off due to having to pay for the lift rental which was necessary for my very steep roof separately.
