4/7/21 went to Aspen in E Greenbush to fix broken tooth. They took x-rays and said I had a cavity in the bottom right (I only have 4 teeth in the bottom and a full denture in the top). Dr. S**** on 4/8/21 said I needed a new partial and a new upper. 4/15/21 they pulled the tooth. Waited a few weeks for gum to heal. On 6/14/21 impression taken of bottom. 6/28/21 tried bite which was awful upper temporary denture was off center. They told me I would have dentures 6/30/28. When I tried the bottom denture it was terrible. Very painful to get in and out of my mouth. 7/8/21 at 8 am took another impression of top which they had to reline since it didn't fit. I took the dentures but was not happy. I tried many times to get the tooth filled they said had a cavity. I paid for cleaning on 7/28/21 and they would only give me an appointment for 12/6 for cleaning. I was dumfounded that I have to wait that long. My appt for filling was 12/6/21 they called and reminded me of appointment on 12/5. On 12/6 they called and said the cleaning would be on 12/6 and filling on 12/8. I told her I didn't make appt for cleaning (I had one previously) she said the dentist (Dr. S****) would not fill unless I had the teeth cleaned. At this time I cancelled. I sent them a letter on January 17, 2022 outlining all my concerns and requesting they do something. I am requesting at least half of the money I paid them ($3829.) refunded. I went to another dentist they took x-rays of the bottom right tooth that was supposed to have a cavity according to Aspen and they said I didn't have a cavity. Because of the ill-fitting bottom denture I have to have the bottom replaced.Business response
