This company was the worst!! During my initial conversation with Brandon I encouraged him to park his truck in my driveway. He asked where the entrance of the basement was compared to my driveway. When he arrives, he drove his truck on my lawn. After three days of rain, of course his truck got stuck in my rain saturated lawn. Because of the truck getting stuck in my backyard, he created horrible huge ruts. I did not realize it until they were about to depart. During my final conversation with Branden, I asked him about fixing the damage to my lawn. He wasn’t going to do anything about it until I pressed the subject! I instructed the other individuals working for Branden what items to take first which were clearly marked with 8.5 x 11” signs marked “Remove” or Please Leave in basement “ and if there was room take the clothes last which were in plastic containers. I also stated that I wanted them to return the plastic containers to me. However that was not done nor did they clean up after themselves and then they told me it was going to cost me another half a truck to finish the whole job but they didn’t finish the job at all. There are items remaining in my basement to take away. After paying him $800 for a job which was not completed along with horrible ruts in my backyard, I have to hire someone else to finish the job. Brandon did stop by my home and put dirt in the huge ruts. I am a retiree on a fixed income and only accounted for a certain amount of money to do the basement. This tragedy has cost me more money than I thought. I believe that I have been taken advantage of due to the fact that I’m a senior citizen, unable to go up and downstairs to watch the men work, and I’m selling my home. In all honesty, I would never hire Maidmen or refer the company.
