This business claimed a NYS energy assessment on my home back in May. I was told they needed a week to finalize my energy report, so that I could make the necessary changes to my house. I called about a dozen times and left 3 emails requesting an update, and every time I call they say it will be emailed to me by the end of the week. They have no longer responded to my emails or voicemails and I can no longer get a hold of anyone when I call. I would like to get an energy assessment from a credible source for my home.Business response

The employees of this company left a water faucet running. They left the sump pump unplugged. The water problem wasn't discovered until I got my water bill. That cost me $100 more than I normally pay. I had to hire a plumber to find out what was wrong with my sump pump. He had to pump about 4' of water out of my basement. He found a sheet of plastic with insulation on it on the floor. The sump pump unplugged. Then he found the outlet was not hooked up to the electrical box. $691. I tried to get **** ********* to talk to me and he didn't respond. Would like to be reimbursed. I can't afford to be without this money. Please help and thank you for listening. ***** ******
