I have made several requests from this Dental office to specifically provide me with a copy of a previous bill where I had to pay a co-pay amounting in a few hundred dollars. I stated that the total was was a few hundred dollars that I paid, and that the billing was for an appointment that occurred between the months of June - August 2021. Even went on to provide further information and include further details such as that the charge was made to my previous medical plan and was the last bill under that coverage plan. They continue to send me the false information and have not been responding to my calls or voicemails. When I did get hold of them again last, they agreed to send me the right information but instead mailed me the wrong information, in fact the exact wrong documents they had previously sent me instead of what i initially requested.
