I wish I could leave 0 stars, our first visit went ok, then they sent me an email confirming our next appointment, so I immediately called to make them aware that my family would not be able to make our appointment and that I would like to reschedule, I ended up speaking to their front office manager Christine who gave me a hard time the whole phone call like the cancellation was prohibited! I ended up rescheduling the appts for myself and my daughter and told her I would have my wife call when she woke up. Approximately an hour or 2 later I called back only to be put on PERMA-HOLD by her for about 30 minutes, I then called from my wifes phone while still listening to the "Better Smile" answering tune on my phone, when she answered this time, I asked her how long of a hold is too EXCESSIVE?? She then got an attitude after leaving me on hold and started talking like it was her practice, at which point told me she was done and hung up the phone. I said ok, and my wife called back the next day to re-schedule her APPT and then she told her that we were no longer welcome and would be receiving a letter in the mail. I highly recommend taking your family somewhere else to a place that is a little more friendly!

I took my mother in for extractions and while in the dental chair they informed me that the service was not covered. I spoke to Tiffany who handles billing she said she ran the insurance the day before and while we were there. I called the ins. company and she informed Tiffany that the service was covered. By this time mother had lost her appt. spot they said you will just have to wait. I asked to speak with the office manager and Dr. R*** appeared. I asked if we could talk privately he refused so we talked in the reception area with patients and other staff. I told him of the mess Tiffany had made. She was very rude and unprofessional. His response was I don't understand his personality changed and he said No. I said excuse me? No we will not see her. There was no reason given when asked. He and his staff stood there and stared at me. This is a quality of life issue for my mother. She has a tooth that's literally hanging by thread. It leans to the side and moves, which prevents her from eating various types of food and it's important that her weight is kept stable with well balanced, nutritious meals. I only told him that Tiffany did not do her job. Every 2 words I spoke she would cut me off and talk over me. She would try to finish my sentences and was very dismissive because she knew everything. She was rude, a liar, inept and very unprofessional. Because we were talking in an open area I only told him a portion of this. Dr. R*** refused service to my 88 yr. old mother who just wanted to have that wagging tooth removed so that she could enjoy food in comfort. Shame on you Samer R***.
