      Entered into agreement February 20, 2024 Paid him bank check of $24,000.00 For landscaping work detailed to be done. As of today, July 16, 2024 no work has been done and he no longer responds to any communication.

      I hired Wolf Property Services for lawn cutting during the 2022 season and paid cash to the proprietor, Jacob "Jake" Wolf for each cutting. Beginning with the 2023 cutting season, he informed his customers he would henceforth require a credit/debit card for lawn cutting services. I provided him with my Citibank credit information. The cost of each cutting was $38.06, beginning 4/29/2023 and ending 9/11/2023, for a total of 19 cuttings. However, Mr. Wolf the charged my Citibank card on 8/5/22023 for an amount of $473.06, for which I received no services from him. Again, he charged another $473.06 to my card on 8/11/2023, as well as a charge of $570.94 on that same date, for which I received no services from him. Finally, on 9/7/2023, he charged an amount of $1576.88 on my Citibank card, for which I received again no services from him. I contacted him about these charges, twice, by phone, first on 8/18/2023, when I received my Citibank statement, for the 8/5/2023 charge. He told me he would contact his service provider, Square of NY and have the charges removed. I contacted him again by phone on 9/18/2023, when I received my 10/9/2023 Citibank statement, with the additional charges from 8/11/2023 and 9/7/2023. He told me he would again contact Square of New York, but not to contact my Credit Card, since, he said, that would complicate the resolution by Square of NY. That certainly raised a red flag for me, I contacted Citicard, disputing these charges, suspecting fraud. They cancelled that account, and subsequently issued my a new account

      Date: 11/8/2022 Amount: $475.00 Service provided: snow plowing Problem: violated contract. Did not plow per contract. Did not show up after numerous text. Did not clear sidewalks, walkways per contract. Had alot of excuses for not doing the services. I feel he neglected my home, did not plow per contract but took my money. That is fraud to me. I want if possible a full refund. For example....during the last snowfall he came once in 5 days. One push of snow which was five feet wide and I could not even fit my car out without vehicle getting damaged. I could not get out of my home. I'm a senior, and was diagnosed with breast cancer Dec 15. I told Mr Jake Wolf of this and I would need to get out for Dr appointments. He still didn't come. I asked repeatedly if he would come back to finish. He never came back. I had to call my son to come to my home and shovel the driveway. We had 3 snowfalls with numerous amounts. I understand that and expected him to come when it was safe for him to do so. That is certainly not my complaint. He didn't show up when it was safe to do so. That I had to call him to find out if or when he would come. I asked him when he was going to clear sidewalk/walkways after 10 inches of snow and first he said "his crew was already out and mine would be done that day". They never came. I asked again the next day....he told me the snowblower belt broke and would be done that day. They never came. We have a town ordanance to have sidewalks clear of snow. That is why I. Wanted that service part of the contract. He and his company are frauds. I clearly want my money refunded. Thank you

      Hired for snowplowing service and never showed up to plow. I have a written signed contract. He told me he would refund my $300 and never did. Contract states he will plow if accumulation is over 2 inches. It snowed 2 inches on 11/17,11/18,11/19.and 11/20/22. Contractor was a no show and has not refunded my payment to him. He provided no service and should not be paid.

      Response taken by phone:  We are sorry we could not get to him but with a driving ban and the roads being impassable, it was not possible.  I refunded his money.
