Mark Gajkowski, the owner of Queen City Home Pros is a Pathological liar. Mark Gajkowski was untruthful about his own address of his company. Mark Gajkowsi gave me the fake address of ** ******** ******* **** *****. Actual address of Queen City Home pros is 955 Mill Road East Aurora NY 14052. Mark Gajkowski also admitted to me that he did indeed use "left over" roofing materials on my roof, and that it was his "usual standard practice". Mark Gajkowski also was untruthful about water testing the roof. Over the phone Mark said he would run water through my garden hose onto my roof to see the where the water was leaking from, however Mark Gajkowski would not allow me to do this when he came to my house, rather Mark rushed away after a very short 5 minute visit, claiming he was in a hurry, he had to be somewhere else in 15 minutes. Mark also refused to admit there was any water leaking after Queen City Home Pros installed a "new" roof and new gutters on my home even after he felt the wet pink insulation with his own hand. Also Mark refused to do anything about repairing the new gutters that he installed that were installed incorrectly, (not cut at an angle causing them to leak), and Mark refused to reinstall the gutters he installed after the gutters fell off of my roof. Mark made up ridiculous excuses of why water was leaking during his rushed 5 minute visit to my home. Mark tried to tell me the water leaking through the new roof he installed on my home was coming from my Central Air Conditioning Unit which is located 3 feet away from the other side of my home. Mark would not stay long enough to do a water test he agreed to do with my garden hose over the phone, he went back on his word and wanted me to wait for the the next rainstorm for him to come back to see the water leaking instead of honoring his word and doing a water test with my garden hose like he told me over the phone we could do when he came to my house. Mark rushed out of my house while I was showing him where the water was still leaking. The facts of my complaint about Queen city Home Pros low quality workmanship are completely true and factual.

We’re sorry that your unhappy with our company. With that said, we won’t stand for false accusations. To confirm, we never lied about our location, your contract was entered in 2019, where our location was valid at that time. (We’ve since moved). Our owner was out on a Saturday because you sent an email (we still have) giving us a 24 hour window before you took action. Upon arrival we found no active leaks (we were shown spots from original leaking before the new roof was installed) as they were never repaired. Upon a roof inspection, we took multiple pictures confirming the roof to be in excellent condition. No tears, cracks, no leak spots. We also have pictures of your gutter hung on your house and not “on the ground”. Your original complaint was water in your carport area, where we explained again that you have drainage issues in the west wall. This was also shown to us before the roof was done and never fixed. We also took pictures of holes in your aluminum carport roof that we did not install, that is clearly letting water in. Additionally the same mold was found covering the rear room of the carport that was evident upon original estimate in 2019. Our owner is very fluent in construction and came to the conclusion that your home has severe moisture and condensation issues based on the evidence of mold on the drywall, siding, exterior walls, and some insulation. This is caused not by the air conditioning “leaking” but providing the right conditions for this condensation and therefor mold, based on insufficient home insulation and enclosed uninsulated and unvented carport providing severe temperature differences between the home and carport and the right conditions for mold growth. Adding to this is the grading issues. (your carport concrete pad is lower than the earth surrounding it, allowing water to pool inside). We would be more than happy to come out during a rainy day to check for any roof leaks, but unfortunately our team is being told the cops will be called if we try to contact you which we have in text messages. We find it odd that you demanded $3000 cash within 8 hours or you would “blow up our reputation” online, instead of allowing us access to address any leak concern during a rainy day. We also asked that you even take a video of an active leak and we’re told your phone doesn’t take videos. We cannot help you if you do not allow us access. Even though your roof warranty expired, we’re still committed to come out on a rainy day and address any issues if found, and if we’re allowed access. We will be happily awaiting your call. Thank you.
