            My mother signed a contract 9/14/2021 and the company hadn't responded to her calls. We went by 11/17/2021 to find out what was the problem and they promised to install her awnings 11/20/21. They came in the ***** but couldn't do the work but came back 11/21/21. The awnings were not was on the contract and the owner said she would come by 11/22/21 which she never did. We had paid them in FULL for the work ($900) and I emailed the owner. She responded on 11/23/21 that the other parts weren't in and they would install the rest when the parts come in.We paid in full for a job that wasn't completed with insufficient design, size and installation. I had paid in full because my mother was ill and I didn't know that this wasn't what she had really ordered. We would like for the work to be completed and properly installed. I have included pictures of the other awnings we had previously installed compared to this company's awning with a copy of the contract.
