  Called the shop in early August for an appointment to have my brother’s car checked. It isn’t running properly. The guy who answered said they were real busy but we could bring it in on Aug. 17 (2-2.5 weeks). We had to have the car towed there. Car brought there and to this date no diagnosis of what is wrong with it. He’s supposed to see what’s wrong with it, and let me know so we can determine if it’s worth fixing. I have Called several times and was promised it would be looked at and Tony would get back to me with information. I stoped at the shop a couple weeks ago and Tony wasn’t there but the guy at the shop said Tony would call me later. I stopped there on Friday Sept 8 again, and the owner apologized and said he’d look at it and call me that evening. He has not called. My husband stopped by on Tuesday, Sept 12, and was told he would call me that day. No call. I called later that day and spoke to brother-in-law who said Tony wasn’t there and he would have him call me. No call. I tried calling today and voice mail is full and can’t leave a message. He will have the car a month on Sept 17 and he has not given us the courtesy of a diagnosis or an apology for taking so long. This is unacceptable and if he doesn’t want to look at the car he needs to tell me. I am happy to bring it another shop as I no longer have confidence I this auto shop, I’d like to have him pay for a tow to an auto shop of my choice. Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated. He gets good reviews on line but I can’t imagine a shop surviving if this is how he treats his customers. One review I saw seemed to have the same issue as me. My brother is handicapped and I have to advocate for him. Thank you.

  Hello, we are currently working on repairing the vehicle now; Tony has spoke to ***** and she was informed that we were behind schedule because we are short staffed and then the parts that were required to fix the car were on back order nationwide. These parts are dealer parts, if the dealer does not have them we can not outsource them from our other suppliers. It is now on our lift and we are working promptly to repair it. Todays date is 9/21. If ***** would like us to stop working on it we will gladly stop the repairs and have it towed to another garage. Before we go any further, please inform us. When Tony spoke to her earlier this week and updated her that he was moving forward with the car we were unaware she wanted to have it towed to another garage. They have been customers before and we have always taken care of her brother so this is a shock to hear such a negative review.
