Kitchen and bathroom redesign by Alure was started 04/22 and completed 09/22. Contract states 3 year warranty on parts and labor. The high end linoleum kitchen floor tiles were initially improperly installed and had to be removed and redone. That was the last task completed 09/22. I have the same problem again with the kitchen floor, large gap formed between tiles and other tiles seem loose. Bathroom the toilet bowl wobbleds and silicone at base of shower coming off. Silicone was redone twice before while still repairing issues in kitchen. Need a better resolution to shower floor. I have left multiple messages with their service department and also emailed the Director of Operations with no reply from anyone.I read reviews and it appears even when the service department returns calls its extremely difficult to get anyone out to make repairs. My main concern is the kitchen floor and I'm hoping you can help. They weren't all that responsive during the project and now not at all.Customer response

We ordered two front bay Windows from Alure. About 6 months after the Windows were installed most of the panels had condensation and/or mold inside the double panes. We were told by the person that came with replacements at the time that this happens all the time the seals on the Windows from the factory are inconsistent and luckily you have a warranty. Over the years we have had panels replaced from time to time. We have been calling constantly to try to get the current batch replaced. It has been over a year of calling and messaging and we were promised someone measure and came back a few weeks later with the wrong size Windows. Since then it has been 6+ months with very little response.Business response

We have been dealing with supply chain issues as have everyone in every industry. Not only does it take an extraordinary amount of time, we often receive the wrong material. This project is 14 years old, the manufacturer who provided the warranty went out of business yet we continue to honor the warranty to the best of our ability. We did fail to stay in contact with the client and that is on us. We do have a main number to the company ************ that can be called at anytime and management is always available as well. The client has been contacted and scheduled for installation on 11/8.
