Hello. We entered into a contract with NHance in November of 2021 for kitchen cabinet re-facing. This also involved installing a new garbage pullout door and bin. After several months of trying to get the local owner who worked at our house to rectify and complete the job, which is PAID IN FULL, I am sharing this experience with others. Presently, we have a gaping hole where the garbage pullot and bin should be. We paid for a rugged, sturdy pullout mechanism and received a lightweight, flimsy design that failed after just a few weeks. The apparatus could not handle every day kitchen refuse, and subsequently fell apart. The job was (mostly) completed on January 7, 2022. Many of my texts had gone unresponded to by the owner. When he did respond, he said that "I will no longer do anymore work for free and I will not come back to your house. You cannot make me do something that I don't want to do!" As I am still searching for this issue to be resolved, please remember this company, its local owner and my comment. I wish I had had this information beforehand. I would have used a different company. **************

Good afternoon ***** Im sorry that you were not satisfied we went above and beyond for you replacing mouldings that we had nothing to do with and as well as capping off an outlet that was not part of our job as a favor to you . I came by and replace the garbage pullout out for you even though you agreed to the original one and didnt charge you, and you were not happy, so I bought you a third pullout and you said you would have someone else install it for you. I apologize if that still isnt good enough for you.

Yes, NHance did some additional work that was not written into the contract. The owner did not charge any extra, and for that we are appreciative. However, the installation of a sturdy and reliable garbage pullout and bin WAS part of the contract. Originally, NHance brought us 1 bin for refuse and 1 bin for recyclables. The bins were VERY NARROW. We asked the owner if we could swap the 2 bins for 1 large bin for refuse only. The owner agreed, Next, he brought over 1 bin, but it was small and would fill up extremely fast with 4 adults living in the house. We then asked if a larger bin could be ordered. The owner said that he would try to locate a larger bin and we could use the smaller one in the mean time. Any additional costs were neither discussed nor added. Soon afterward, the LIGHTWEIGHT pullout mechanism began to fail and dislodged from the cabinet base. It was initially installed with 1/2" screws, which along with the weight of everyday kitchen refuse could not support this application. After MONTHS of mostly one sided communication from ME, the owner REFUSED to return to our house to rectify the situation. He eventually sent us a different pullout system and a bin that will not fit in the current cabinet box. I even asked the owner how much more he would charge to complete the already PAID IN FULL job, since this has been pending from January. Prior to my inquiry of the possible additional charges, frustration set in and I stated that I would seek out another company to finish the job once the owner sent the pullout mechanism and bin to us. I reconsidered because I did not believe another company would be able to match the materials and or colors used by NHance. Presently, we have a gaping hole with a split wood base where our garbage pullout mechanism should be.
