  Hired Alpine Paving & Masonry ** to remove existing driveway, add stone, level and pave with 3.5inches ********************, install apron Apron has cracks and is poorly installed Asphalt driveway has footprints, uneven surfaces, holes, graded incorrectly grading causing water issues, and very poor quality asphalt.Drove a machine over lawn and there are tire marks they said they would reseed.Miles agreed to re-pave but doesn't reply to phone calls and text messages. Now it is likely too cold to correct the issue.

  At this time, I have been contacted directly by Alpine Paving & Masonry regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

   The driveway is unacceptable and Alpine owner ***** said he agrees and will re-pave the driveway in the spring.  I have asked multiple times (more than ten times) to get it in writing that they will re-pave the driveway and they have not provided.  I asked that they refund half (or part) of my payment until they correct the driveway.  He said no.  I have no way to ensure they return to re-pave the driveway or that I ever hear from them again. 
  Alpine did not clean up after the job as they said they would. Between my landscaper and I, we had to pick up pieces of blacktop top and garbage all over the property.  They said they would repair 2 ******* blocks bordering the driveway and they did not.  They drove up the curb over the grass on my property leaving deep truck tire marks and damaging an electric/phone box and cover.  They said they would fix and put seed and they never did anything.  Based on what I have experienced to date, they have done as they said. 
  I paid in full for the driveway and aprons.  The aprons are not quality workmanship, and the driveway is horrible.  Honestly, the job looks rushed and poor quality, and would never be used to advertise a business. In addition to the poor quality of the blacktop, the driveway is paved uneven leaving puddles on driveway when it rains; there is blacktop on my siding and Belgium block border; one garage door does not close all the way.
  My only recourse was to dispute approx $6k on credit card out of the $22k ($16k paid in cash).  When they were contacted about the credit card dispute ***** called upset and i said i would pay the balance when they re-pave the driveway.
