On July 3, 2021, my family needed to rent a portable toilet. This portable toiled was required, as our septic tank collapsed and we were beginning the process to connect to public sewer, and we only have 1 bathroom in our home. We contacted MS Unlimited and spoke with MB the owner. MB agreed to rent to us and later that afternoon she delivered a toilet. We discussed the price and MB stated that it is a one time fee of 250.00 for an unlimited amount of time and MS Unlimited would come and clean the toilet once per week. We communicated that we would need the toilet for a few months and she held firm on the single payment of $250. She provided me with a carbon copy receipt. The toilet was used from July 3, 2021 - September 7, 2021. During that time, MS Unlimited cleaned the toilet 2 times, despite many efforts to have them come to our house to clean it. We called multiple times a week for months, and the company did not comply. We even had to ask the plumber working our sewer to clean it due to MS Unlimited not responding to our requests. In September, my husband and I called over 30 times to request the toilet be removed, as it was no longer needed. MaryBeth stated that "per our contract" we owed her more money. I asked her to see a copy of the contract that she insisted we signed, and she was not able to provide proof of this. I am certain that the only paperwork I received was the carbon copy receipt. Month after month, we continue to call and ask to have this removed from our property. Today is February 23, 2022 and the portable toilet remains in our back yard. We have effectively stored this toilet in our yard with no communication from the company or MaryBeth. I would like this toilet removed immediately and a refund for the original payment of $257.04 for the inconvenience of storing her business property free of charge for 5 months.
