See attached PDF, WO on car. I have had this dealership's service department work on this car with no issues until now. With reference to a “Repair Order Detail” acquired on 11/14/22 from the Romano’s service department, it shows on 3/10/2022 the car was serviced with mileage out of 178,770. During this time technician “A67” performed a multipoint vehicle inspection resulting in repair work totaling $4,246.38. On 3/30/2022 with mileage in of 179,853 an appointment was made to determine the cause of an indicator light, ABS/TRAC/BRAKE TIRE LIGHTs being on. Technician “A67” was the mechanic working on the car. A quote texted from Ron was received recommending the rear left wheel bearing, Wheel Bearing wheel sensor, wiring harness left rear E-Brake cable, E-Brake shoes, rear baking plate and hardware. Ron’s recommendation was to replace the right side as well. Total estimated repair cost was $3249.70. (TM-3/30/2022, 10:30 AM) I declined the repairs and requested the car be returned so I can get a second opinion / quotation. When picking the car up nothing was mentioned of cut e-brake cables or missing hardware from the left and right rear brakes on this vehicle. Nor were there any parts in the vehicle when I picked the car up. I continued driving the car with no indication lights code C1467 on or noise from the left wheel. On 10/26/2022 with mileage in of 190,326 an appointment was made to replace rear calipers, rotors and acquire a NY State inspection for this vehicle. I asked the repair center for a quote prior to performing all work. I received a call from the secretary making me aware of the E-Brake Cables were cut and E-Brake hardware missing. (Pictures are available upon request,) To date, I have spoken to Mike Abby, GM and Josh Rushlow, Service Manager who continue to say they have done nothing wrong. To date, I have had to replace the missing E-Brake parts and I am still waiting for for the brake cables to be shipped, expected deliver April 2023.

Had a flat tire on my lease purchased through Romano Toyota - the Romano Toyota service department charged me $192.00 for one tire when the same exact tire is $124.00 max brand new from the manufacturer. I spoke with the finance manager and was told “this is the Toyota price” and there was no other reasoning. DO NOT come to Romano service for any sort of tire replacement unless you want to pay 54% more than retail price for any replacements.
