I paid $467.50 in advance in November 2021 for training services in 2022. The trainer has a communication problem and doesn't always get back to me. The first training date was cancelled by the trainer. Trying to be sympathetic and understanding, I rescheduled the date. That subsequent date came and I was waiting at the gym when the trainer didn't show up. The trainer offered a refund (for which I have the texts) since her health was a concern. I agreed, but she never followed up. Then as scheduled, I had foot surgery in July. I was not able to train until October. But no date was given. Trying one last time for the services I paid for in January, but again I did not hear back from the trainer. I would like a refund, as previously offered, but she refuses. Says she will give my the 10 sessions I paid for, but I no longer want her services. I want a refund and will go to a lawsuit if I have to. I have a written contract for which it is NOT stated there are no refunds.
