Moving from FL to NY is a challenge in itself and so as new residents of Syracuse we needed all the help we could get to help us acclimate and familiarise ourselves. We were faced with a new climate and needed to know what to expect when the weather changes and especially when winter comes. We had called so many other pest control companies listed on the BBB and were accredited. We reached a few of these businesses and were blown over and told we had nothing to worry about and to call back only if we had a problem. But what about pest prevention? And who wants a pest problem anyway before they can call? Isn’t prevention better than having the problem? Thank God we didn’t get discouraged but kept trying to find someone who would give us the service we needed. We left many messages and got no call back except the one from All Pests. It was a joy to hear the friendly voice of Ms. Kelly on the line and she understood our unfamiliarity with our surroundings and that we were southerners and needed a bit more help. She took the time to listen, understand and recommend while taking the time to educate us along the way. They do great work to keep the pest away especially for people like us who have moved from the south and are not used to the size and habits of northern pests… it can be a bit intimidating. But thanks to All Pests of Syracuse, we don’t have anything to worry about. They are warm, friendly and knowledgeable and treated us like neighbours instead of business only. My husband and I loved mostly the fact that they were a small business and we love to support small businesses. They do not nickel and dime you in anything and are honest and upfront about their prices. They are certainly Syracuse’s undisputed best pest control service in my opinion and as we told them… they’ve got customers for life … forever.
