I am attaching a letter & receipt that I sent to Reids Tires that I still to this date have not received a response on. I have mailed & faxed the letter to their office on several occasions. To date their no response has resulted in the tire in question not allowing our vehicle to pass inspection yesterday 6/12/24 so the dealership placed the spare on & had to dispose of the a tire. If you need more information than what I have provided please contact me. A resolution would be a new set of tires based on their staff incompetence of overinflating them. As you can see we did our part with the maintenance on them & have continued to since even though they dont have the courtesy to respond to rectify a problem. I will never do business with them again they have a shady operation there with all their "cash" transactions to get a deal
