The merchant used my personal information stored in their system, placed a fake order and illegally charged me $119.98 without my authorization on 12/28/2021.I ordered a smart watch for $6.96 on 12/10/2021 at ****************************** *CS Email: ************************* CS Phone: **************), and it was shipped on 10/12/2021 and delivered on 12/16/2021. However, a fraudulent charge ($119.98) was made to my credit card account on 12/28/2021. I called my credit card company to dispute it afterwards. On 1/16/2022, the merchant provided a document to my credit card company to reverse the dispute. After reviewing the document, I found that the $119.98 charge was actually fraudulent. In the document, the merchant claimed that the $119.98 charge was for ordering so called Testo, which was ordered and shipped on 12/28/2021 but delivered on 12/16/2021 (absurd!). The website associated with the fake order was h************************************ *CS Email: ********************************; CS Phone: **************). They intentionally tied the fake order to the shipment package (with same tracking number) that was used for shipping the smart watch on 10/12/2021 (and delivered on 10/16/2021) and had nothing to do with the so called Testo order item at all. I called the customer service at **************, and a representative told me that the $119.98 charge was for the smart watch based on their terms and conditions, which was obviously contradictory to the evidence they provided to my credit card company. I sent evidence on the $119.98 fraudulent charge to both CS email addresses ************************* and ********************************) on 5/8/22. The first address did not exist anymore, and I have not heard from the second one. Therefore, they used my personal information that was stored in their system when I ordered the smart watch on 12/10/21, placed a fake order in my name and charged me $119.98 illogically without my authorization on 12/28/21.
