On April 30, 2022 I hired White Label to install window tint on my person vehicle. I paid cash and have a receipt. After install, the very same day, within an hour or so I contacted the business about my issue - there was damage done to my car - and that I wanted to bring my car back. They asked one follow up question but have been ignoring me since that day.Business response

BBB spoke to Sean, owner, at business and the following was relayed:
The customer missed his first appointment and we rebooked him. He came in on April 30th. He messaged me and I asked him to call me, we discussed over the phone that installing window film requires nothing mechanical to happen to the door. I needed more detail or to have him bring the vehicle in so I could see the door. He said if he had any issues he would just come in or call me back, he never returned and did not call or message me back after that. I believe the gasket had flipped over and corrected itself and there was no longer any issue. There is a lifetime warranty on our work.
