      I had to get electricity turned back on which had been off for several years. The 200 amp switch in the electric box was not working so I bought a new switch from ID booth that I paid $297.00 for. When I removed the old switch from the electric box the tabs that the switch attached to broke off with the old switch. I had to buy a new electric box so I went to ***** and paid $192.00 for the electric box that had a 200 amp switch already installed in it. I gave the 200 amp switch that I bought from ID booth back to them and they told me it would be about a week before I could get my refund because they said they had to send it from where they got it from. A week later I called them back wondering about my refund and they said to come and get the 200 amp switch back because they where not giving me my refund back to me because they where not getting there money from where they got the switch from. I was never informed of any no refund policy from them I never ran electricity through the switch. As I understand any product bought from a company that is returned within 30 days the customer gets a full refund. I have given products back to companys before and received refunds before with no problems .I paid such a high price for the switch I really would like my refund.

      Hello *****, The customer in question came into our counter and requested a part that we did not have in inventory.  He asked for the part to be ordered for him and he provided a specific part number.  We acquired the product for him.  He paid for and took the product.  After a period of time the customer returned with the product and wanted a refund.  We went out of our way to accommodate him.  He returned the product out of the original packaging and it appears that the product had been installed.  Despite these facts we agreed to pay for the shipping back to the vendor we had bought it from, they would not give us a credit and charged us to ship it back to us.  These shipping costs were not passed on to our customer.  We informed the customer that he could come and retrieve his part and that we could not issue a credit as our clearly stated return policy was not adhered to.  As you can see in the attached photo our return policy is clearly posted in a very large legible sign on our counter. Sincerely, John S.       I did not go to I.D. booth electric store to purchase the 200 amp switch I ordered it over the phone and I was never informed of any no return policy. The only time I went in there store was to return the switch and was informed that I would be getting my refund soon. John S. B**** *** Vice President is lying about me going to there store to purchase the switch. I have ordered products over the phone before and if there was a no return policy I was informed of it before I purchased the product. They asked me if I had a part number for the switch there was a number on a sticker that was on the switch I read it to them and they said it was not a part number so I described the switch to them and they read a the correct part number to me on the phone. They are also lying about me giving them the specific part number. I never installed the switch the tabs the switch attaches to came out when I removed the old switch so I had nothing to attach the new switch to. Also the switch was mailed to me. I paid $297.00 for the switch over the phone with I.D. booth using my credit card. Thank you, Jack S****
