On 8/23/22, after a contract had been signed in advance after preliminary negotiations to store my artwork at their facility at Elmira Heights, NY (#**** ***** ******* Avenue), a firm arrangement was made between myself and their principals, Jerome K*** and Jeffrey Perrault, the owner, for me to come and bring my artwork on 9/6/22 in late morning. I arranged my own method of coming and going. To ensure return home later, I bought a ********* basic fare ticket for the ******* Transportation Hub nearby, non-refundable, for $49. Mr. K*** sent me a strange email denying me client status. It did not give a logical reason. At this late time, he stated that I did not qualify to do so. Deeply disquieted, I was able to break an **** reservation, but not the ********* one. I am demanding some satisfaction. These men were not genuine in business nor honest. I am lucky to have gotten out prior to losing a small fortune. The rental per month was $100, with a $40 fee to remove things for fairs and festivals. It was exorbitant.
