            I purchased my vehicle from the company. I put down $4,000 for the car, I drove the vehicle for a few weeks with no issues. One day while driving on the highway my vehicle stopped in the middle of the highway while driving 65 mph. I pulled to the side of the highway contacted Elm and explained to them what happened. I dropped the car off as soon as I arrived back into town. My car could not be service for a few days, so I left the vehicle in the parking lot of the company. After a few days, my car was returned to me, about 1-2 days after receiving my car back my check engine light was on, and my engine was making a ticking noise along with a roaring noise that came from the back towards the door. I called the office again where I spoke with someone named "Ashley" who told me they did all they could. My car had a recall which I took to ******* *** ******** where my car was "fixed".             My Chevrolet **** died in a parking lot near Elmira. I had it towed to their location. They said the starter went bad and replaced it. I drove the truck home and it died in my driveway. I called their office and the receptionist said they could not guarantee paying for the cost of the tow (1.5 hours from my house to there). So instead I had it towed to the local Chevy dealership. Elm Chevrolet called me and ADMITTED it was a faulty starter that they installed. They agreed to pay for half the tow and half the bill. They wouldn’t pay the whole bill because I drove it off their lot, and he literally said to me “We must have done something right.”, even though the part they put in was faulty/junk. He was adamant in not paying for the bill. I told him to keep his $200. They sacrificed a ton of future business with my company. Completely unethical.
