On August 6th my fiance and myself attended a ************************* concert there . I bought VIP tickets that cost $800.00 a piece to be in the 3rd row center stage . The seats there are to small and when you have large people seating next to you it becomes very uncomfortable . My fiance and myself were stuck together and very upset . I worked a lot to try and make it a great night for her because we just got engaged . I went to one of the security people at the stage ( well let me explain this as well ) I could not get up to him because a head security person ( I think his name was ******** put 2 chairs blocking the way out to sit a couple. A clear Fire Hazard and inconvenience for all of us and he said he could not do anything . That head security was also very rude and disrespectful . Thankfully nothing bad happened .We also both had to wear our n95 mask because everyone is right on top of each other .Customer response

we attended a hockey game on 12/5/21 at UBS Arena - when we purchased food items, the credit card machine said 10% discount if you used AMEX card so we did. We didn't get a 10% discount. I contacted UBS Arena and they said they were working on it - they email me a couple of times. I asked for my 10% credit but so far nothing - they stopped responding and I didn't get my 10% discount. THE NEXT game I went to last week, the machine says 10% discount and sure enough we did get our discount. So not only did we not get our 10% discount in early December but how many thousands of other fans didn't get that discount as advertised and *** kept all that money!! It adds up doesn't it ......Business response

The AMEX 10% Discount is available at select concession stands and bars. Unfortunately, the marketplaces the guest purchased from is not included. On 12/6/21 The guest was informed of that and we would work with our Food and Beverage partner to provide a solution for the guest. On 12/27/21 the situation has been resolved.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.UBS did send an email and I'm waiting to hear how the funds will be made available to us.
However - they did advertise 10% on the machines we used and how many other people used. For a few weeks ..... how much money does that 10% add up to? For us a it was a few $$ but in the bigger picture?
