10/04/2023 I went to a business name: Custom ************** to fixed my alarm remote in the ****** Highlander ****************************************** the remote doesn't good but the car had remote start, alarm and power door, just the remote doesn't work they charged me $250: just for the remote. When they gave me the car I saw the alarm and power door aren't worked I told them the alarm and the power door are not working they said I did not tell them if the alarm was included I said I did not came for fix the alarm he was good because when I open the door the alarm ring. when I discuss with them, they told me my car need a Module I asked them what did they do with my car module they told me to to coming back they will fixe it at no charge I asked them to writing up in the Receipt the business owner just write need door module for driver side to be fixed. I was not agree with that I said you should put you are responsible he just write responsible in the Receipt I was not still satisfied with that he worked a way. They gave me a long appointment to come back when I came back in the appointment date they told me the owner is out every time I went there they told me the same thing the owner is out the last time I met the owner he told me I have to buy the module. They stole my car module when they told me to come back to fixe it they was lied they just wanted me to leave. My step daughter used the car for work she is a teacher she worked at ********* anytime she has a long weekend she came at home just to bring the car to the guy to fixe the alarm. From ********* to *********** is 4 hours Driving. I need them to fixe my alarm that all. Thank you.Customer response
