DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: Here is a list of everything that went wrong: -****** house supposed to arrive at 12PM -Bounce house arrived at 2:30 (I had to call twice to find out where they were, they never called me to update me at all. Was put on hold for 20 minutes both times)-They brought the wrong bounce house -They then brought another bounce house that was still wrong -Bounce house was supposed to be picked up at 9 PM per the contact, after arriving 2.5 hours late, they then tried to arrive at 8:30 and kick kids out of the bounce house to go home early. -Contacted customer service, they said "thanks for letting us know" and refused any discussion around returning and funds. They had no care for making the customer happy. And they were perfectly content with having already collecting their payment. It's the worst customer services i've ever experienced and I will never use them again.Review from Anja T

If I could give a zero I would. Please BEAWARE! Do not use clowns.com.I hired them and did an add on for a popcorn machine. The first machine came cracked glass. I immediately called for a replacement as I didn't feel comfortable serving kids from something with cracked glass. They eventually brought a replacement that did one round of popcorn and stopped. The tech/ delivery person came and told me it was burned out! He tried a few times and there was no fixing. I asked him to please remove it after all failed attempts. I paid $275 for this add on. Only to be refunded $200 because they said I told the guy to leave. What should the machine and the man stay at my child party with a broken machine. **************** took forever to respond. And was BEYOND RUDE. I offered to show them the footage in my backs yard as the tech lied and said I refused service of the machine. They are beyond unprofessional and I don't know how they are still in business. Save your money and go with someone else! The supervisor was beyond rude who told me to file another complaint that would come to him anyway and end up in the same result. Even told me to feel free to file a consoling with BBB. Don't use these people. Their products are old, dirty and non functioning.Review from Anna A

The ** was a NO show! I had paid upfront for a ** for 4 hours and they had no idea where he was. I had paid for a small dance floor under a tent in our backyard because I thought there would be a ** so the kids could dance since my daughters have been loving all the ****** songs lately. Also, just to have some music playing in the background. I had used another company two years ago who also provided a ** and I had no issues with them. They were all on time and were great! I wanted to try another company just for variety but big mistake. I am waiting for my refund for the ** I already paid for upfront. (Unfortunately, I spent the first hour of the party on the phone with clowns.com looking for the ** and lost money for a dance floor we didnt really use.) We hire them for a party that we started at 4:30pm and BY THE CONTRACT they were supposed to arrive between 5pm to 5:30pm.At 6:15pm, they were still 20 minutes away and said if we cancel now no refund.I have been trying to reach them for 3 months and now they said there's no refund because THEY decided that our party will still last until 7:30pm but the kids were here since 4:30pm and were already tired.NEVER HIRE THEM. THEY DIDNT COME AND NEVER REFUNDED AND IT TOOK ME 3 MONTHS TO GET SOMEONEReview from Daniel S

My wife and I decided to hire clowns.com for my daughter's 5th birthday party and could not have been more disappointed by the bait and switch experience that we received. We purchased a 90 minute party package with two entertainers that we were told would be enthusiastic cheerful professionals. What we got was anything but that. We got two unprofessional performers that showed up 50 minutes late to the party. When I simply asked what happened, I was met with a bad aggressive attitude. Unfortunately that unprofessional attitude carried over to the way that they spoke to my wife and our guests. Once they got set up, they proceeded to rush through 65% of the promised services. The other portion of the services written into our contract, they were unprepared to fulfill. When we questions this, one of the performers ran out of the room with her cell phone and stood in the hallway yelling at her superiors. My wife and I then received a call from an unapologetic office manager that was more focused on trying to pass the blame on to us. We were told that we would receive a call from an operations manager the following day. The performers packed up and left after being at the party for a little under an hour. Equality disturbing to our party experience was dealing with the clowns.com corporate team after the parties conclusion. The call from the operations manager never happened. When my wife and I reached out to speak with someone, we were told that we needed to fill out a ticket on their website and that we would receive a call within 72 hours. What we got after filling out that ticket was an email saying that they had reviewed the situation and determined that they were not at fault and that no further action would be taken. It's very clear to me that all clowns.com cares about is making a sale and then once they have your money, they no longer care about your experience. They also advertise on their website that they are BBB accredited, which clearly is not the case.Review from Noli K

Honestly disappointing experience. I booked a photo both for my wedding. The day of the wedding they called to tell me they have to send a different both. Fine. We asked for a white background, and black and white 4in1 picture. He had a background with graphics and their logo on the photo, we had to say something multiple times until he got it right. Since I booked I requested please email me all the photos. Its been over a month of multiple calls and nothing. Every time I call the sales guy says its not his job and the manager is on vacation. I sent emails to the guy who helped us the day of and nothing. The office hasnt call. It really ***** I have to be dragged like this after paying all the money for MY WEDDING PICTURES.Review from Matthew A

Clowns.com has shown a shocking level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer service. Their performers were consistently late, and the management not only canceled the show but also coerced an employee to voice their fears of losing their job if they didn't comply. Adding insult to injury, a sales representative hung up on me, the customer, and even resorted to threats of involving the police. This company's lack of punctuality, toxic management practices, and appalling customer service make them unworthy of any trust or consideration. Avoid Clowns.com at all costs.Review from Nahid B

Worst nightmare come true. After repeated phone calls in the weeks leading up to our party requesting that we get experienced entertainers we got ****** who was late and had zero energy, and although we had paid extra to get the female entertainer in character costume - Mirabel from Encanto - the only thing she had similar with Mirabel was her dress. Nothing else. If it wasn't for ***** - the male entertainer - the whole thing would have been a complete disaster. ******'s ace painting was awful, too, like my 10-year old can do way better and so can I. Don't waste your money. The company pretends to have trained entertainers, but they're clearly badly paid young people who don't know what they're doing.Review from Eliza E

0 stars!!! 0! 0! 0! If I could leave a review with no stars I would!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING WITH CLOWNS.COM - ****** location! These people are FRAUDS! Its a SCAM! Its a SCAM! Its a SCAM! They took $424 from me! I hosted an outdoor party with my cousin for her sons 5th birthday, we purchased the sonic character which would come with everything they offer pretty much. $100 deposit was paid and $324 was paid later. The weather was bad and it rained on the original date we had picked so we had to reschedule. The sonic character was booked every day for like months afterwards and wouldnt be available on the rescheduled date. They said we couldnt get the deposit back and that it would be ***** days for a refund. The party was 5/28, we canceled on 5/25! After MULTIPLE calls DAILY to the store and the manager and emails to the ***** with NO response!!!!!!) I called my bank and a few days later clowns refunded me $324. On 6/22 A MONTH LATER! They refunded me. Today is 7/14 I check my account and $324 is withdrawn from CLOWNS.COM!!! I never received any business from there but they expect to keep over $400!!! For nothing!!!The MANAGERS response to me was Im not the only one waiting for a refund and it should be ***** days! Even tho Im calling after the 12th Day OBVIOUSLY!!!!THEY ARE A SCAM!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER IN LIFE. I booked another company for the sonic character and it was $200 cheaper with balloon animals, music, games, dancing with the kids, pictures and he stayed for 2 hours. They were an hour late to my sons party, didn't even stay the full 2 hours I paid for, they rushed through everything and didn't even play all of the games that were in my contract. I am still waiting to hear back from someone for a refund its been almost 2 weeks. Every time I call they keep me on hold for 10+ minutes and no one ever comes to the phone. Worst service!!!
