They sold me defective items I tried working with them and they are not working with me in the screenshot provided explains more. I just want a refund back in on very low income ?? amazon has reached out to them as well. They can't do much since it was garbage they waiting on seller to give me refunds but no response. I called as soon as I got 1hr after December 14th. When it was delivered. Broken controller and nit the one I bought and xbox turned on 10 min **** And I garbaged it. That was my mistake didn't know I needed it to get refund but they won't help and it's making me upset I'm disabled and on SSI and that was supposed to me my Christmas gift to Me. Sorry for any typos.Customer response
