      I submitted my order with express shipping (2-3 delivery) on Friday 4/15/22 I realized I order the Pro instead of the ********** so I immediately sent them a few messages through their website to change my order before they process and send the product out. By Monday I received a generated email with a ticket number which did not state that they made the change to my order. Tuesday (4/19) morning I still havent received a phone call back so I found their email address and phone number and sent them a few emails and called several times leaving messages. I checked the Shop app mid day and saw that my order was processed. I finally received a email that evening after they shipped out the product and said I can order additional accessories for the telescopic feature that the pro mobile has instead of changing my order. I replied back to their email and told them that this was not acceptable because they had plenty of time to make the change and that they have poor customer service and I wanted a refund. And of course no reply back. I paid extra for 2-3day delivery and received it 4/25/22 10 days after I ordered it on 4/15/22. For the Smove pro stabilizer to cost $199 the product and smove app is very poor and doesnt work properly, it does not live up to its price. Im very upset with my overall experience with the companys poor customer service and expensive flawed product.

      On February 16, 2022 I purchased a cell phone stabilizer online from SMOVE for $220.32. When it arrived, I found that it did not work with the cell phone I have. After several attempts to reach someone, I finally got an email response giving me a return authorization and information on where to send the device. I did everything they asked and never received a refund. I checked to make sure the package had been received and it was confirmed that it had been delivered to their PO box on March 9, but they had not picked it up (*** tracking number:**********************). I sent another email asking when I would get my refund and there has been no response.

      I purchased a Smove Mobile gimbal on 3/30/22 and received a confirmation, the product arrived on 4/4 and I determined the functionality and size of the product was not what I needed. I immediately sent a request through the Smove website for a refund and was ready to return the product in its original packaging. On 4/7 I sent a second request through email with my order number and received an automated response. On 4/11, I sent a third request with another automated response. I just want a personal response and a refund for a product that doesnt suit my needs. There is no customer service phone number for this company. Any help is appreciated. My order number is ******.

      I purchased a Smove Mobile Stabalizer on 12/18/2021, order#*****. I did not receive confirmation of the order via email, but they charged my Paypal and after messaging them twice, we received a tracking number. We received the item in 12/23 and on 12/26 after trying to get it to work, we messaged the company, we gave messaged them 3-4 times with no response. They sold us a faulty item and we want a response and resolution.
