      I placed an order for 5 icon boards on the 25th of August, 2022. I paid them 334.60 for the boards. I received an email confirmation from a gmail address that seems to be active. I wrote him to ask a few questions based on timing for shipment, but never heard back. I wrote to them probably 3 or 4 times. I called and the number on the website and it was a dead line. Now I see the website is not even active. Are they even in business anymore? Because of this, I asked for a full refund. With no surprise, I did not hear back. They have zero customer service and don't even care that I exist. I feel like they are thieves and provided false witness of a business that doesn't even exist. I wish they could have the courtesy and ethics to just refund me the money I paid and get back to me.

      I ordered two Gessoed boards from this company. After over a month and a ****** dispute they delivered one board along with a note promising delivery of the second board by April 1st of this year. It’s now the end of May and I haven’t received the second board or a refund. They haven’t responded to any of my phone calls or emails. I’ve ordered from this company in the past, so I didn’t expect yo have this type of problem with them.

      I ordered a product (18oz of red clay bole) from Pandora Pigments online from their website on Jan 12, 2022. My credit card was charged $110.99 at that time (I have this credit card statement). To date (May 9, 2022) I have not received the product. I have called the customer service number and emailed the customer service address listed on their website multiple times and have received no response. Below I have included the receipt they sent to my email when I placed the order. My name and contact info are listed in the receipt below, with the exception that my email address has changed to: [email protected]. Can anything be done to get reimbursed from this business? I have heard from another person that their order did not arrive either. Is there a way to find out if this business is a fraud or to inform others to avoid using this business? Thank you!       Hi, I have ordered online from this business and the merchandise was never shipped to me. Also, I have been trying to reach this company through email, and phone numbers without luck. I have left them numerous messages and no one got back to me. I want a refund from them immediately or if this is a scam legal action needs to be taken.       I placed an order online with Pandora Pigments for Red Bole Clay on 10/27/2021. The order with shipping was $73.00. My credit card was charged immediately. It has been 3 months and I still have not received my order. I have called and emailed several times with no response from Pandora Pigments. The end of December, I sent a letter by US Postal Service outlining this issue. I still have not had any response from Pandora Pigments. At this point, I just want my money returned so I can make the purchase elsewhere.

      On December 16, 2021, I placed an order which totaled $145.48. I wanted to know how long it would take to receive the order since it is a gift for my son's birthday. I called and emailed. Both of which there never has been an answer. I have called and emailed now, since then, many times. I am disappointed in this business's poor customer service. I would love the products or my money back so that I can move on.

      I placed two orders on October 18th 2021 and October 21st 2021 and the money for these orders, totaling about $185.00, cleared immediately. However, it has now been about four weeks and every email and phone call to this company has gone unanswered—even the customer service email has refused to acknowledge my emails. The phone lines basically don’t work, since no one ever picks up or responds to voicemails. All I wanted to know was when I should expect my packages!! However, nothing was shipped since I haven’t received any tracking numbers…. Basically, I want my orders or I want my money back, but I can’t reach anyone!!
