The company (Starkrete) poured a stamped pad at my house 3 years ago and last spring we noticed a crack in one portion of the pad. I contacted the company about this and was told that when there is time in their schedule they will make an appointment to send someone out. I never heard from them again and when I called at the end of the summer I was told that it will have to wait until next year (2022). With the weather changing, I want this crack repaired before they tell me they are to busy again. I have been calling for the past few weeks and leaving messages on their machine and even e-mailed them on their website and still have not received a reply. I can provide e-mails that were sent and also have date/time stamps on my cell phone when I called and left messages.Business response

Thank you for notifying us of customer complaint ID# *******. The customer complaint is frivolous at
best. We're talking about a concrete patio that was poured in the Northeast that incurred a crack after
2 years of being installed. As we inform every customer, concrete cracks. The information is right in the
disclaimer given to every customer we have a signed agreement with. We do everything in our power
to control them as best as humanly possible, but there are no, and never were any, guarantees,
warranties, or promises regarding concrete cracking. Therefore, this claim has no merit and should not
be published.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. Regards, *** ******** My MAIN issue with this company is the fact that they do not respond to any of my calls or e-mails that I have sent regarding repairing the crack. I'm not stupid and I do know cracks occur in concrete (which is their response). I'm trying to contact them and discuss options on repairing the crack. Again, I'm not looking for free work. My thinking is that since they did this job and have some knowledge in stamped concrete then they should know how to repair a crack and then we can discuss cost and options. BUT....this can not happen if they refuse to contact me and look at the problem. Thanks for your assistance(BBB) in helping to resolve this issue.
