            I ordered a plant stand for over $100 on dcecie.com and requested a refund back in September after my purchase was never fulfilled. I have been trying to get a refund for almost a year now. You need to investigate and shut these scammers down. They’ve stolen money from so many people, and I’m not sure why you guys haven’t done anything about it and are allowing their site to still remain operating on the internet.

            Worst company ever, I placed an order in October of 2021 for a bookshelf. I still have yet to receive the item I ordered. 3 months after I placed the order I received socks in the mail under the tracking number they provided. They said they reshipped what I actually ordered but 5 times now it has magically failed to deliver. The tracking says no one is home but myself and two others are working from home and we are here everyday, we also have a doorbell camera which shows no deliveries ever attempted. Now they have completely stopped replying to my emails, I'm still out the money with no product to show for it. This is a horrible company and needs to be shut down.
