I ordered a plant stand for over $100 on dcecie.com and requested a refund back in September after my purchase was never fulfilled. I have been trying to get a refund for almost a year now. You need to investigate and shut these scammers down. They’ve stolen money from so many people, and I’m not sure why you guys haven’t done anything about it and are allowing their site to still remain operating on the internet.Initial Complaint

On or about August 28 2021 i paid $76.95 online to buy a chair from dcecie.com which claims to be an online store. On or about Dec 7 2021 i decided to cancel the said order and requested a refund because they failed to deliver me anything despite my numerous requests for delivery. They kept promising to refund me soon but failed and continue to fail to refund me. Its websire shows this dcecie company is located at *** *** **** *** **** endicott new york 13760 u.s.. Its phone number is 2********* or *********5. The phone no 2********* was disconnected. When i called the other number *********5 noone ever answered the phone. The only way i can contact them is through email dcecie@*******.com. i researched this company online and found out there are at least 50 other people who have similiar experiences with this company as mine. this company needs to be investigated and closed to keep more people from being victimized.Initial Complaint

I went online looking to purchase a reclining chair for cheap. Came across dcecie, with a front page that was relaxing and decided on that particular one. I went in and purchased the chair and was instructed that it would be here within 20 days. Gave them a few more days bring it was the holiday season and still no chair. I emailed the “complaint” center and the first time according their records it was delivered. And it was “redelivered”… so they said. I have it time, checked the tracking it didn’t exist. I informed them of my discovery and it was “redelivered” and we’ve played this same song and dance two more times and ten emails later. And still no chair. I’ve since three times asked for a refund and was informed because of shipping I would only receive 70% back. And that was not my issue because so I feel I should receive a full refund especially now being I’ve been patient and trying to get a product I cheaply paid for. I just want my money back, and to expose this company if it is one of the deception.Initial Complaint

Ordered a table from Dcecie.com on 8/23/21 for $79.99. The tracking number was emailed to me and it did not work. I contacted the company and was told it would be updated. It never updated and the product never arrived. I requested a refund from the company in October. I was told that the refund process has started. On August 14, 2021 I ordered a Braxton Studio Toveli French-style twin daybed from Dcecie and have the receipt for the order. The expected delivery was to be within two weeks. On August 18 I received another email thanking me for my order and noting that due to COVID-19, shipping could be delayed “15-25 days” - it is February 13, 2022 and the delivery has not arrived at this time. On September 22, 2021 I attempted to track my package and found that there was no update on where it was. I sent an email to Dcecie customer service asking for a new delivery date and to help me understand the tracking. I also said that I wanted information about getting a refund if they could not help me. I also have receipts of this correspondence. The response I received was a single sentence that did not address my question but just said my order would arrive “15-25 days after shipment” - I responded that it had been over 30 days since receiving confirmation that it had shipped. In their response they said that due to COVID there were serious delays but they still offered no help in being able to track me order. Knowing that there are international delays in shipping, I thanked them and have continued to wait. It has now been six months since placing my order and there is no update to my tracking. The last update was on 8/28/21 saying that it was in transit. I have sent an email today asking for a FIRM commitment to a delivery date OR an immediate refund. I made a purchase from the company dcecie.com on Sept 3, 2021. On 2 occasions they ship the item to the wrong address. After waiting 2 months and not receiving the item I had ask for a refund in November. I keep getting told the refund is being processed to wait patiently. It now going on for months since I made the original purchase and is going on 2 months waiting for my refund. All I would like is my money back.Initial Complaint

Well I placed the order on April 27,2021. And the tracking number is ************* and everything i checked it say expire they can't find my order so I asked for a refund since Sept i been asking for a refund they tell me it takes 7 to 14 day for the money to be back on my account and I waited and waited and waited nothing and when I call the number all it say please leave your email and we will get back to you and I been for almost a year already and they say is be patient it process yeah it a year to process a refund so I don't if they are scamer all I want is my money back and its only 85.68Initial Complaint

I ordered a 3 piece sofa set in October 2021....days later, I received an email stating that the package has been shipped with a tracking number. I have been tracking the package since. It has been in the same place for 3 months. I don't think it's been shipped or even exist. I've tried to reach the company with no response other than it's been shipped and could I wait before I file a complaint. The response further let' me know that the company is a fraud. I ordered a sofa on a discount website called Dcecie Spet 14 2021. I paid 79.99 for this. However I never recived anything but a xs tank top. I reached out to the company and they said they would resend it. Never got anything. Now they say they will refund me if I return the sofa I never got. They also say that I will only be refunded 20% of my order. Its the principle of it all. Their taking people for their money. This is the email they give me to contact them. Date of the transaction on Dcecie.com was 10/4/21. Ordered end tables. My order was *****, they gave me a tracking number of ************* and https://t.*******.net/en#nums= to track it. When it stated that it was delivered, I received some sort of shirt/sports bra, not end tables. The tracking information stated it was placed in my mailbox. I spent $153.90 on this order. I did complain to them numerous times via email, they were responsive, blamed the pandemic/COVID, however, they haven't addressed this issue, the issue of me not receiving my furniture I ordered and paid for. I sent pictures of my order, and what I received. Attached is also my order and the item I received, the white garment. The picture of the end table is what I ordered. I ordered 2 of them. They are telling me to check with the USPS, my neighbors, etc. Clearly what I ordered was not shipped/received.
