I hired them for furnace repair the professional came out on 10/6/22 and did repairs on the furnaces and chimney. The professional did work on 2 furnaces and the chimney. The furnace for the second floor is now working. The furnace for the first floor was worked on but not completely repaired on 10/6/22. Action Plumbing requested payment in full on 10/6/22. I was not able to acquire payment on 10/6/22. The Professional informed me that he was not going to finish the job on 10/6/22, when full payment was received he would come back and continue the work. The total cost was 1080.00. The balance was paid in full yet they have not repaired the furnace. Myself and the property owner have spoken to them several times to arrange appointment for repair. Action plumbing has refused to send someone out because they estimating more money. Yet they have not been back out to the property since 10/6/22. I was told that the furnaces were old and it was possibly going to cost an additional 2-3000$. That was not what we were told on 10/6/22. I have reached out repeatedly to resolve this matter. The owner has approved the work several times and made payment in full. The original price was 1080.00 for the complete job. Now they are not finishing the job and have implied that they are going to need additional funds to finish repairs. I was told 10/6/22 that 1080.00 was the cost of labor and parts. I would like them to honor the agreement and complete the contracted for the price originally quoted. I have not been able to resolve this matter after several attempts.Business response

this lady is a tenant not the owner, Reviewed complaint and the payment that was given of $1080.00 was for work we already did at no time did we charge them for any work that wasn't performed , we could not go any further without landlords permission and payment to date. Once payment was received we have not heard anything until now and in originally invoice to Land lord it stated that this was for the work originally done, and that more work needed to be completed at additional cost. After 3 way call with landlord and tenant in which the tenant was nasty and screaming on the phone we informed the landlord he might want to contact someone else to finish repairs. At no time was any contract signed for additional repairs. If the landlord not the tenant (who made this complaint) would like to contact us without the tenant on a 3 way call we will be more that happy to go back over to property and give him an estimate on repairs that to be completed. At this time we would like the landlord to meet us so we can show him what was done and what needs to be completed.
