    I first brought my car to HA to repair an issue (shaking and stalling when braking fast) HA first replaced the brake booster to solve the issue which it did not, then recommended that I replace the throttle body and sensor on December 14, 2023, which I agreed to, but also did not solve the issue. I brought the car back for repair on March 27, 2024 (Paid for on March 18, 2024, and March 28, 2024) for torque converter replacement; less than 50 miles after the repair, my car died in an intersection in *********, ** on April 3, 2024.Had the car towed to ******* dealer), they stated I need a new transmission at the cost of $9500 You contacted me a week later stating the front pump needed replacing. (April 9, 2024) When I last spoke with you over the phone, on April 25, 2024 you stated that you then thought the secondary pump had failed, and that you would have photos to provide. When I came to your office on May 1, 2024 in an attempt to resolve this matter, you then stated it was the torque converters fault (stress od new converter psi), and you recommended I need a new transmission and suggested that I pay to replace the part for a used transmission at $2500, and that you would provide labor for free. I asked you on evening of May 1, 2024 to send me any photos of corresponding issues with dates, which you failed to provide. Your work order clearly states a warranty of the torque converter itself 3/28/2024, - then per the work order it would be your responsibility to contact ****** to cover the issues/ warranty and to repair accordingly, which was not done or suggested as an avenue of resolution.I was not comfortable with that suggested agreement made on May 1, 2024, because I felt it not accurate, nor was I willing to put a used transmission into my car, even if you were to pay for it, after consulting several mechanics who warned me of the risks of doing so.     NOT AN HONEST PERSON DO NOT GO TO THIS SLEAZE OF A BUM! *** charged me $1800.00 for auto parts & labor but did not fulfill on them. He never gave me a receipt with a breakdown of parts and labor as I gave him a cash payment at the shop. He said I'll email it to you, I should have known then that was a clue this man was not honest. I have an older jeep I am restoring little by little. Every time I inquired about the receipt. He said "oh I emailed it to you" He flat out lied. I never received an email from him but everyone else on the planet, I got their emails? I didn't realize that he didn't complete the job we agreed upon when I had enough of his stories we agreed on NEW SHOCKS, STRUTS, BRAKES, CALIPERS AND EVENTUALLY A LIFT KIT FOR MY JEEP. HE ALSO TRIED TO CONVINCED ME TO BUY ANOTHER ENGINE since my car had 190K on it. We became friends and one night hanging out he said.."that's good the other engine is at my shop, because when that one goes I'll rebuild it, so you have that as well" I looked at him and said..."wait a minute if you can rebuild my engine why would you order another engine? He stumbled over his words saying "it's always good to have a back-up" I took my car to two other mechanics that confirmed I never got new shocks, struts or calipers. He could have replaced the brake pads but its anyone's guess now. When I bought the car used the owner let me know all brakes were new. The two other mechanics agreed he way over charged me & took advantage of the fact that most women don't know about mechanics. I know for a fact he takes advantage of people because a close family member of mine worked for him and informed me about his true character when it comes to his customers, if people knew what this guy is really like, he wouldn't be open for business!There are honest mechanics out there unfortunately, I worked and saved up for specific work on my car because it critically needed it. Now I'm paying double, I found a great mechanic I trust:)

    Customer came in for multiple *********************** and could not pay up front. We still did the repairs and worked a payment plan. Her hero was towed in with a bad starter and caused transmission damage. Have pics and videos to prove and she also approved the work. We never replaced or touched her suspension. She was out of line constantly calling me on my personal phone to talk about personal problems. Have multiple texts messages from her being inappropriate. Its been over 8 months. Will not answer my calls or messages. Her personal friend was her nephew who she stating was in construction and needed work. He was hired for 2 weeks before we had to let him go do to absolutely no experiment or skill. As you can see **** is a scammer and after trying to help her multiple times she completely stopped answering call about payment. Only reason for this review is because now she is being taken to small claims.
