I first brought my car to HA to repair an issue (shaking and stalling when braking fast) HA first replaced the brake booster to solve the issue which it did not, then recommended that I replace the throttle body and sensor on December 14, 2023, which I agreed to, but also did not solve the issue. I brought the car back for repair on March 27, 2024 (Paid for on March 18, 2024, and March 28, 2024) for torque converter replacement; less than 50 miles after the repair, my car died in an intersection in *********, ** on April 3, 2024.Had the car towed to ******* dealer), they stated I need a new transmission at the cost of $9500 You contacted me a week later stating the front pump needed replacing. (April 9, 2024) When I last spoke with you over the phone, on April 25, 2024 you stated that you then thought the secondary pump had failed, and that you would have photos to provide. When I came to your office on May 1, 2024 in an attempt to resolve this matter, you then stated it was the torque converters fault (stress od new converter psi), and you recommended I need a new transmission and suggested that I pay to replace the part for a used transmission at $2500, and that you would provide labor for free. I asked you on evening of May 1, 2024 to send me any photos of corresponding issues with dates, which you failed to provide. Your work order clearly states a warranty of the torque converter itself 3/28/2024, - then per the work order it would be your responsibility to contact ****** to cover the issues/ warranty and to repair accordingly, which was not done or suggested as an avenue of resolution.I was not comfortable with that suggested agreement made on May 1, 2024, because I felt it not accurate, nor was I willing to put a used transmission into my car, even if you were to pay for it, after consulting several mechanics who warned me of the risks of doing so. They all advised against it.Total owed to pay: *********

We delivered our brand new ******** ******** Van to *********************** at Hudson Automotive Repair and Service in ********, **, April 24, 2022. We were first told it would take 4 months, then told 8 months for completion.FIFTEEN MONTHS LATER, due to lack of progress and multiple issues with the project, we took the van back from Hudson Automotive. ******** standard for a van build is 2-4 months. There were multiple issues during the 15 months that *********************** had our van. I will just detail two.FOUR DAYS before our van was supposed to be delivered, finished except for Safari Rack and awning (that we paid for but was never ordered,) I was informed via email that a flood had destroyed our cabinets and other equipment. No proof could be provided of any damaged equipment; it was all gone when I arrived at the shop. There was no proof of a flood other than some insulation hanging from the ceiling and we were told all the equipment was taken by *******, but there was no proof of a Servpro visit and there were no photos despite multiple requests that they be taken.Ater about ten months I began to be concerned that the $8000.00 Safari Rack and Awning had not arrived. I was told that it had been ordered but could not be delivered because *** had no forklift to take it off the truck, and the company would not deliver it for that reason. I was told the awning couldn't be ordered until the Safari Rack was delivered. Research by myself revealed that the Safari Rack had never been ordered, the company had no record of *********************** or Hudson Automotive, nor did they have a policy of needing a forklift present to deliver a Safari Rack. Despite multiple requests to see proof that the rack was ordered, it was never provided. We are now in legal action to get a refund, which *********************** has decline to provide; not even to get his loaner sofa back. The sofa in the pictures is not what we asked for..

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Hudson Automotive Repair & Service, LLC regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The business does not want to refund my deposit although they did not do the work or order the equipment as promised

It is my impression that they spent the money I gave them on something else and no longer have the funds to return.
