            My elderly mother contacted this business for seasonal patio clean up, to add fencing to keep a small dog in., and replace railings on patio stairs. Two men arrived on 2 different days and were present each day for less than 5 hours. Labor costs charged totaled $3655. The stair work was not completed. The clean up work was shoddy and the plants planted are of poor quality. Garbage was left on the patio as well. The labor charge was far beyond the going rate. This vendor clearly took advantage of elderly person. We are seeking a reduction in the labor charges.

            We are so pleased with One Service LLC. We hired them to do a number of projects on our property. We needed spring cleanup, landscape replacement, and a hard scape project. Dan advised us every step of the way. In conjunction with the landscape designer we were given options and personally helped in selecting low maintenance and deer resistant plants. The crew was a great team of dedicated hard workers who took pride in their work. They followed the plan, and were very professional and accommodating to our questions. The landscape is a work of art and is absolutely beautiful. A number of neighbors have commented on the transformation and how great our new yard looks. Our property is aesthetically enhanced and adds to the value of our home. We will not hesitate to recommend One Service LLC and will definitely hire them for future work.
