Date of Transaction: 6/13/2022 Amount Paid: $5,500 Business Commitment: Concrete Work - Driveway and Walkway Nature of the Dispute: The incorrect concrete mix was poured onto the driveway and walkway.Resolution Attempt: Even after providing the contractor with a chance to rectify the error and proposing to cover some of the costs (up to $1,000), they submitted a quote almost identical to the original estimate. Consulting with other professionals in the industry validated that the concrete mix was indeed flawed, unrelated to weather conditions or any fault on my part. Consequently, I am asking for a complete redo of the work without incurring any additional expenses. Furthermore, considering that concrete typically has a lifespan of over 50 years and this particular job was completed merely 2 years ago, the premature deterioration raises further concerns.Initial Complaint

full bathroom in basement was not completed properly. Wall tiles and grout are cracking, mold is growing on shower floor tiles, tiny flies coming up from shower drain, odor. Another contractor advised me to no longer use the shower as it is unsafe for my health. I sent pictures to *********************** in April 2022, a month after completion, he said he would come fix problems but did not show up. I made several additional attempts to contact him via text and email, have not received a response.Customer response
