      Repair taking over 6 weeks. Did not order part needed and told me to contact ********** myself for part and they would repair. 2 service calls still not repaired. 2 additional appointment made, no show. **** answer phone and when asked to speak to supervisor no call back. On hold for 45 minutes then phone goes to recording saying they are closed.

      RTV has been subcontracted out to fix a broken dishwasher. They came one time to diagnose the problem, they actually made the problem worse and made my dishwasher completely inoperable as a result of their unskilled technician. *** now waited two months for them to order parts and despite them having the needed parts to fix the dishwasher, they will not come and fix it. They have cancelled my appointment two times, both on the same day the service was supposed to take place. i have no faith they will ever show up and if they do I have even less faith they are equipped to fix the problem.

      I have a Frigidaire dishwasher that stopped working after 10 months. I called Frigidaire and they referred me to RTV to have the dishwasher looked at. Back in June, ******* comes to my house to look at it. He- visually- looks at the power cable going to the machine and suggests I call an electrician to test the cable because he thought the cable was bad due to some black mold. In the meantime, I had an electrician look at the issue and determined there was no power issues. Back in July, ******* comes out to my house, AGAIN, to conclude it is the machine and he has to order a part. Here we are two weeks later and NO PART. I called them, sent an email and sent a text. NO RESPONSE.

      This business was sent to my home from Frigidaire. My dishwasher was still under warranty. They came to my home 3 months ago. Diagnosed a problem that wasnt accurate. Claimed they had to order a part and never contacted us again. Did not answer the phone, reply to text messages or emails. The reviews on ****** showed they have done this many many times before. After hiring a new company the problem was not what RTV appliance stated at all. They left our home never to return or respond again despite several outreach attempts.

      My Frigidaire Fridge showed an error "SY-EF" December 3, 2021 - Filed a claim December 21, 2021 - RTV technician showed up to say that i need a new board and a new fan January 15, 2022 - RTV technician came with only the board , saying the fan is not the cause of the error January 18 , 2022 - filed a claim again - same error on fridge January 21, 2022- same technician came said i need a new motor January 31, 2022 - i am being told they ordered a fan estimated arrival date February 21, 2022 Conclusion: he never ordered the fan he said he is going to in the first place and simply just changed the board - knowing very well that the fan needed to be changed!I have no working fridge since December 3, 2021 . Its been 2 MONTHS

      Rtv appliance came out to service our dryer through GE on dec 4,2021. They were to order a motor. They failed to do this and failed to notify me or GE. GE ordered the motor and instructed RTV appliance to return to install it. Rtv Appliance failed to do so numerous times and it is now been 2 1/2 months. They have been giving me the runaround and lying to me about parts.They do not operate in a reasonable manner and mistreat customers

      I bought a refrigerator less then two years ago from ********** and when I had the refrigerator for a little over a year it stopped working, I went to ********** to report it and they said I had to call the manufacturer which is Frigidaire, I called Frigidaire over 3 months ago and they sent a technician from RTV appliance to come check the refrigerator out, it took them about 3 weeks for them to send someone, they eventually send a tech on November 1st and the tech said he ordered a part that needed to be replaced, a month past and I didnt hear anything from these people so I call numerous times until I finally got to speak to *** a lady at the office, she said that they are still waiting for the part and that she will speak to her supervisor regarding the matter and she will call me back ( I am still waiting for her call) , I have called every other day since I spoke to ***, no answer at that office ever! I have hold on line for hours and no answer I have left messages and no one gets back to me! I have kids that I need to feed and I cant do it properly because I dont have a refrigerator, I have spend to much money on food already, I cant take this anymore I need someone to please help me I spent almost two thousand dollars on this refrigerator for it to last only a year! I also lost a lot of food when it got messed up!

      Filed a repair service on 9/1/2021 for a Whirlpool washing machine. To date machine still has not been repaired or replaced. Tech came out twice in September and said not repairable it needs to be replaced. Phone calls do not get answered or returned. Theyve told the extended warranty ** that now they ordered parts, Warranty ** Assurain has told us numerous times that repairman from Rtv will call to repair and still no word from them. Its been two months of this kind of se4vice. Terrible **mpany.

      RTV appliance is supposed to resend a tech out to fix my stove. I have been waiting over 3 months now. They keep lying to me and are not returning any of my calls, texts or emails.

      This is a Ge warranty stove repair. Due to the pandemic the parts needed for his repair are backordered with no eta. We have told the customer he needs to call Ge so they can supply the parts needed or replace his stove.

      We have never been to this customers home. They have a Frigidaire warranty repair. We never accepted their job from Frigidaire. I believe they should be requesting a refund from Frigidaire. We did not collect any money from the customer.

      This is a lie. I called to confirm we had an appointment setup. They confirmed the night before and rev morning of that they would show up. The didnt. They never called. Never came. But dont take my word for it. Look at all the other complaints filed against this business
