      Fraudulent/deceptive advertising. They advertise one price on 3rd party sites (like cars.com) but have a higher ($1995 more) actual sales price. They claim they a)have no control over what 3rd party sites do or b) the 3rd party sites are lazy.There is no way they are sending the correct sales price to a site like cars.com, but cars.com decides to show a lower price.The price difference is noted in the text/details as "including a $1,995 down payment".

      That is correct.We do not have control over 3rd party pricing .And Yes we do advertise with the $1995 down.Not sure why you would think this is deceptive? Coming from a zip code in **********? A little odd to say the least. Thank You again. Enjoy the day .

      Stay away from this dealership.We bought out the lease on a car we've had for three years. During the transaction we were urged to take several warranty plans which we did not want AND which added ~$9k to the bottom line. I cancelled the policies within 24-hours. The refund for one plan was taken care of rather quickly (within two weeks). Now after 2+ months of trying to recover the money all I've gotten is the runaround; dealer said contact warranty company, warranty company said contact the then lien holder, the lienholder told us to contact the dealer. Outstanding is almost two thousand dollars that my family can use right now. I've filed with the *** Attorney General and others to try and get my refund. What should have been a relatively simple issue has become a nightmare. The topper is that the dealer is not making this easy and they are not steeping up and doing the right thing. Stay away!!! Once they get your money you're on your own. Certainly not the way to get return business because I for sure will not go back there.

      Dear ****After speaking to my staff, from my understanding you spoke to Hyundai ***, and cancelled everything on your own. We spoke to you about this situation a few times already. And again we told you it takes a few weeks for the money to be sent back to you from the warranty company. They even told you this after you spoke to them on a 3 way call.. Please refer back to Hyundai ***.Thank You

      8/8/22 I purchased a BMW from this dealership it has been A NIGHTMARE ever since. While I signed the paperwork in finance my car was taken to get gas and the person driving hit the passenger sideview mirror. This vehicle sat at this dealership for 30 days prior to purchase and NO service was done to it prior to selling it to me . 8/10/22 it rained and my windshield wipers came on and scratched the glass . They originally lied and stated it was replaced! But then admitted on 8/13/23 they they forgot to order them . My NYS inspection was not completed , my oil change was not completed , brakes grinding on right passenger side. had to take the car back 8/13/22. 8/16/22 my back left blinker went out had to take the car back was told just a light bulb they replaced it . 8/17 it blew again was told bring it back but not until 8/25. 8/25 service rep Benjamin looked me in my face told me he was not replacing the light bulb and said you do know you bought a used car what do you expect . My wipers were still not ordered. Told me bring it back 8/30 . 8/30 dropped it off They kept my car for a week . No loaner , no communication, NOTHING ! Picked it up 9/7 to go back 9/13 because the heat stopped working was told bring it back 9/15 for heat and brakes & tail light . The rep told me he drove it around the circle and didn’t feel anything however the alert came on the screen to have my front brakes replaced a week later ! Was told couldn’t get me in until 10/24 . 10/24 was told to come back 11/2 at 9:30. 10/29 another alert came on for vertical aim control malfunction. 10/30 the right turn signal went out . 11/2 took it back for them ONLY to replace the back right blinker that blew again the next day. They then told me couldn’t bring me in until 12/10 and have had my car since then ! 12/27 they finally sent it to BMW after they had my car for 2 weeks . BMW quoted them a price to fix the front lights and blinker & they won’t pay for it ! 1/18/23 I still don’t have my car!!!

      We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the purchase of the **** The service department has been working on all your concerns since day one. With the car shortage and all parts on back order, this happens to be one of the problems, but by all means not an excuse. From my understanding we sent the *** to there service department for this last repair. The car should be done the week of January25th 2023 for you to pick up. Since you declined a service contract , we fixed this problem with no charge to you. But please remember the Lemon Law has expired on the car in question.       I had such an unpleasant purchasing experience at Hyundai 110. I was charged3k over MSRP, but what makes matters worse is thatDaniel ****** and ***************** were extremely rude and disrespectful once I attempted to discuss my experience with them. ***************** went as far as raising his voice and hanging up on me. I advise anyone to stay away from this place.
