Initial Conact: Due to the on-going pandemic of COVID-19 across the country, my daughter's senior prom (4/3/2020) was canceled, along with all other "normal" senior activities in Georgia. It was the hope to have activities rescheduled to a later date (if possible). In mid March 2020, I contacted your store via telephone to inquire about a refund. The customer service representative shared with me, that due to the pandemic and dress designer, ********* would be willing to offer a store credit ONLY for the following: Order # ****** - ****** * *********: ************************* Size 14: Green **** $462.00 with $10.00 (shipping) totaling $472.00. I am in complete understanding that there will be a 15% restocking fee and non-refunded shipping charge of $10, bring the amount to $392.70. As I shared that day, my daughter and I took a trip in February 2020 to *** prior to COVID-19, in which we visited your store to make a prom dress purchase. After trying on several beautiful gowns, the gown selected was not in her desired color or size, so we made the purchase on line.
