      STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered my granddaughters baby nursery on 7-5-21, & crib & tall chest came damaged in early 2022. They loaned me a changing table from a different set, as this set was on back order. We were waiting & waiting & in ***** our salesman ***** told us the terrible news of my daughters dream nursery that it was discontinued. He told us to come in & pick a different set & with the holidays coming up & he getting different sets in the new year, we decided to wait until 1-2023. Well our 1st delivery of the new nursery came damaged in 4-2023, then came damaged again in 6-2023, & again in *********** were asked to give them one more chance. I obliged, as I bought the entire nursery, crib, tall chest, changing table, changing table topper, conversion ************* rail. Well, on 7-31-23, the crib came damaged & that was mostly my upmost concern, as my daughter is now due with baby #2 in 1 month & this is my baby shower gift to baby #1. I was told I was going to be getting a refund on 8-1 of $2,811 & with many ************** calls I was told the check was in the mail! Today is **** & I just went there from driving 1 & 1/2 hours away & the check is only for $811, written out with my first name & my daughters married last name & that they were crediting my creditcard $2,000 after me telling them several times my account has been paid off & closed since I didnt need the cc because I only applied for it for the one year interest free & it has been paid off before I even had my granddaughters furniture! STUPID ME! *****************, the store manager, who told me my refund will be going out on 8-1, along with *******, that I have been emailing for 3 1/2 weeks who kept reassuring me that the check is in the mail and the bookkeeper are TOTALLY INCOMPETENT IDIOTS! I will be filing a civil suit! Totally ridiculous what has transpired! This company and these people are appalling!! I wish I had read all the reviews before I got intertwined with these morons!

      Buyer Beware! Was lied to for almost two years! Worst retail experience. Ordered Natuzzi Furniture in charcoal and it was delivered eight weeks later in off-white. Received incorrect order in mid-November 2020. ***** said I could keep it until the correct furniture arrived, about 4 - 6 weeks. In August 2022 (one month short of TWO years), the furniture had not arrived. In that timeframe, I had sent and received HUNDREDS of texts from *****, and every time another lie about why the furniture hadn't been delivered. I asked for my money back and got put off for about five more weeks. I finally asked for a certified check because I did not trust that if they picked up the furniture, that the check they wrote would clear. ***** admitted in texts that he ordered the wrong furniture and then a year later (Oct 2021), after I was waiting for the correct color, he admitted that the order for the replacement was never approved! I can't estimate the number of hours I wasted on this. *******, in the office, never called me back each time she said she would. I asked multiple times to speak to the owner, *****************, who never called me after two years. ***** or ******* would not give me ***** phone number or email address. He was never in the store (*** is part owner of *** ********* as well, according to *****.) I don't know how these people sleep at night. They have no character and have no problem lying. I never write reviews but wanted to alert others to the practices of this business. They ask for ****** reviews early on before any problems happen. I had originally given them 5 stars but changed it to 1. The good reviews they have are from customers who probably didn't have an issue with their order. What determines good customer service is how a company responds when there are issues. This company failed, and from the other reviews, many people feel the same way.

      Although I was happy with my sales woman *****, the furniture I received is substandard. I furnish my whole townhome through them. The fabric on My couches which were a less than a year old began to pill.. I was instructed to send photos and the tags from the furniture to 110 furnishings. I did so in October and still have received no satisfaction.

      On 8/12/2020 we purchased a ******* Couch from One Ten Home Furnishings in *********** **. It included a 5 yr. warranty. We made a downpayment on our credit card used their payment 12 months/0% interest to pay the balance. The couch was not delivered until late Nov. 2020 and within a few days, we realized that it was defective. We immediately contacted ***** our salesman. He informed us that they would have to contact ******* to send inspectors from ********* ********* ****** to verify. On 12/8 the first inspector came and submitted his report to *********. He promised us a copy. Never received a copy but we were told that the couch was indeed defective and we are sure that ********* has a copy. The 2nd inspector 12/24 also confirmed problems, discovered additional problems but did give us a report. We contacted ***** to discuss options. We negotiated to be able to hold onto the defective couch until the exchange couch of equal or lesser value arrived to replace it AND that the warranty would be included. In April of 2021, the exchange couch was FINALLY ordered. We told ***** that we were moving to ******* on 10/5 but were told that it would be at our home in ********** ** before that date. We found out that they first had to get permission from ******* to do this. As our moving date approached we again contacted ***** who said that the couch would now be delivered to us in ******* about 2 weeks after we arrived there because of shipping issues. Based on ******* continued reassurance we decided not to take the defective couch with us to *******. It was picked up on 10/3. We contacted ***** after no couch arrived at our new home. In the meantime, we continued to make on-time payments on the couch and it is now paid in full but we have no couch to show for it! ***** FINALLY called us on 10/31 to inform us that THE ***** WAS IN THEIR POSSESSION. It would arrive at our ******* home by the 3rd week of November. We were elated. BUT after that promise, no further communication from *****!!! We have since learned that the couch is STILL ON A BARGE out in the water who knows where! *****, YOU ARE A LIAR!!!! WE WANT A FULL REFUND NOW...We want to put this company AND ***** in our rearview mirror.
