Bought a pool from them Oct. 2021. It was installed and I had to close it right after I filled it. I called them and asked if they would help me with closing the pool and told me sure come on down and we'll give you what you need. I got there and asked what I needed and the sales person says "just close it." I asked him about chemicals I might need and he says "so what do you want?" I said that's what I'm asking you. He told me I'm not helping you with that attitude and walked away. I was taken back. I did nothing to warrant that response. I just spent $7000 here. I told them I'm done with you and will never buy anything from them again. I do not recommend this company. They're real nice when selling you the pool, after that your on your own.Review from Kaitlyn L

I purchased a hot tub from Backyard Masters and I was nothing but happy with my experience with them. Although there were shipping delays, they were great about keeping me updated and excited! They also helped me with purchasing the correct chemicals and supplies to maintain it. Thank you guys so much. I really appreciate your help!Review from Crystal C

I bought a doughboy pool here. I had a wonderful experience. The team was so helpful in everything from which pool would be best for me to getting it installed. The customer service was amazing. I am so thankful for this team at backyard masters 10/10!!Review from Sam H

We used Backyard masters to buy my mother in law a hot tub for her retirement gift!We were able to find one with a speaker (she LOVES music) and one that changes lights.****** was able to help us find a hot tub under budget.Scheduling and installment weren't a hassle (BLESSED!).She uses her hottub at least 4 times a week and is the best thing we've ever given her!Thanks!5/5 on customer service 10/5 Because they finished ON TIME and ON BUDGET!Review from Kevin M

I bought my Stealth semi-inground pool here, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, the entire experience went perfect since the moment we step into the store, until the pool was built. 100 out of 10! I would recommend this company to everyone.
