      A Rolls Royce Phantom was requested for our wedding on 9/4/21. On 9/2/21 a representative of the company called to state that the Rolls Royce Phantom had A/C trouble and that it would not be available. They stated a Rolls Royce Ghost would be available but it is smaller and stated there would be a price adjustment to be cheaper. The final price was not adjusted in the end.

      Dear BBB, I was unaware that the customer was offered a price concession based on the varying model of Rolls Royce assigned for his day.  Typically we don't make accommodations in this vehicle class because they are all Super Luxury vehicles.  Although the exchange was difficult with this customer from the start,  we try to accommodate all of our guests as best we can to make sure they have the best experience we can provide.  The Covid re-open season has been challenging to say the least, but we've enjoyed serving all of our customers nonetheless and we look forward to another great year in 2022.  We've been serving the Long Island Bridal market for over 15 years, and expect many years to come.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      There is a price difference between both vehicles as the size of the phantom which was paid for is bigger than the ghost which was switched out 2 days prior to the event due to an A/C issue in the Phantom. I would like the price difference between the vehicles refunded. Thank you

      Unfortunately there is no refund available to *** ******** because there is no price difference between the Phantom and the Ghost. This is because both Rolls Royces are in the Super Luxury vehicle category. What that means is they’re comparable vehicles with similar retail pricing, same passenger count, same luggage space and same passenger cabin space. As our Terms & Conditions indicate, we reserve the right to move vehicles to same vehicles on day-of within vehicle type due to unexpected maintenance, violent weather, and acts of God, etc.
